  1. Put a little cooking oil in the bottom of a pot and heat it up.
  2. Add the dived onion and Sofrito, and stir.
  3. Sprinkle in some garlic powder, add the bay leaf and oregano.
  4. Add the tomato sauce, Gandules, a few shakes of black pepper and the salt, and give it a stir.
  5. Add the spanish olives, Sazon, Sazonador Total, rice, and water.
  6. Bring it to a boil, add the cilantro, lower heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  7. Uncover, stir, and re-cover and simmer for another 25 minutes on low heat, or until the rice is done.
